Start your day with a large glass of water, it should be your number one priority the moment you wake up. Staying hydrated is essential during Pause, as it supports metabolism, helps control appetite, lifts brain fog and brings a host of other benefits.
If plain water isn’t appealing, try adding a slice of lemon or a few mint leaves. And remember, tea and coffee doesn’t count towards your daily water intake. Aim for at least one full rest day from exercise each week, daily movement and mindfulness is fine.
