14. Photos
Progress photos are an essential part of your journey. Please know, this isn’t about perfection, comparison or expectations at all. Your photo is simply a quiet milestone, a kind and private way to honour where you’re starting.
It helps us celebrate your progress, not just in how you may look, but how you feel over time. Think of it as a gentle snapshot of this chapter in your story, one that’s about reclaiming strength of mind and confidence in your own body.
You also have the power to inspire others to improve their health and make positive changes in their lives.
Submitting them on time is important, it helps our team monitor your progress and keeps you accountable.
Taking your weekly photo
Wherever possible, take your photo against a plain background during the day with plenty of natural light. Aim for daylight but avoid direct sunlight. Try to use the same location each week.
Don’t place your phone on the floor and look down at it. Position your phone or camera at shoulder height and look directly into the lens. Leave enough space around your body so you’re not filling the entire frame.
