The final stretch
This is where the transformation truly comes together.
As you enter the final phase, you’ll feel stronger, healthier and more energised than ever. Your physical conditioning will step up, and you’ll be supported with new recipes and a fresh meal plan as your body continues to tap into fat stores.
We’ll focus on both your mental and physical strength. By the end of this phase, you’ll be confident in how to fuel your body for the long term, and on Day 75 you’ll be able to reflect on your journey and proudly celebrate completing the Pause programme.
Tip
Stay committed and believe in yourself. Keep your inspiration photo close for motivation, and lean on your coach, our community, family, and friends. Do everything you can to see this through to the finish, your body and mind will thank you.
By doing this, you’re rewiring your brain, proving to yourself that you can achieve anything. This breakthrough will empower you and positively impact every aspect of your life, your health, your career, your relationships, and your friendships, for the future.
