If something feels too hard, don’t be discouraged. It’s not about perfection, it’s about progress. Push your limits safely and work at your own level. Getting that heart rate up and showing up for yourself is what truly counts.
If you’re dealing with any injuries or if something doesn’t feel right, please reach out. We can modify or swap things out, so it works for you.
If you are struggling with a specific part, let us know, you are not alone. We are here to support you through it all.
