Getting ready is just as important as the programme itself. At Pause, we believe that “preparing for success” sets you up to thrive — not just for the next 75 days, but for long-term health and wellbeing.
Once you receive your meal plans and recipes, take some time to plan your week. Prepare meals and snacks in advance where you can and schedule your workouts to fit around your week. Clear your space
Dust off your trainers and workout clothes (or treat yourself to some new ones!). Creating a clean, organised environment will make following the plan easier and keep you focused on your goals.
