02. Checklist
To get the most out of Pause, it helps to be prepared. Here are a few simple things to organise before we begin:
Your Equipment
For Pause, you won’t need heavy gym kit – just some basics to support gentle strength and movement:
- A yoga mat or comfortable floor space if you choose to follow the Pilates sessions.
- A set of dumbbells with 20-30kgs of weight plates you can add and remove.
- A water bottle to help you stay hydrated.
(If you already enjoy other forms of exercise, feel free to keep them alongside the programme, but they’re not essential.)
Your ‘Before’ Photo
You’re about to undergo a lifechanging transformation and that is physical, mental and emotional. Having a ‘before photo’ is a private way to honour where you’re starting. Look at our photo upload guide here.
Inspiration Photo
Find a picture that represents how you’d love to feel – strong, confident, energised. Keep it somewhere you’ll see it often as a reminder of your “why”.
Share Your Journey
Tell a trusted friend or family member that you’re doing Pause. Sharing your commitment helps keep you accountable and invites extra encouragement.
