MenoPause can bring many changes, but with the right guidance it can also be a time of renewal. By committing to this programme, you’ll nurture your body and mind in ways that bring lasting energy, confidence and wellbeing.

You’re stepping into a new chapter, one designed to help you feel strong, balanced, and energised through this stage of life. There’s a lot to discover, so here are the essentials…
Pause is about nourishing your body with real food, staying hydrated, moving in ways that support your strength and bone health, resting well, cultivating a positive mindset, and connecting with a community of women who understand.
With expert coaching and the support of your Pause community, you’ll have guidance every step of the way. Stay consistent and you’ll unlock lasting changes in how you feel, inside and out. Remember, you are stronger and more capable than you may realise.
Coaching and support
Your coach and the Pause community will guide, encourage and motivate you in a private Facebook group.
Balanced nutrition
You’ll enjoy three meals and three snacks each day, designed to nourish your body, support your hormones and keep your energy steady.
Movement for strength
Gentle but effective workouts will help protect bone health, boost mood and build resilience. Weekly challenges will keep you progressing at your own pace.
Tracking your journey
Helps us to celebrate your progress not just in how you look but how you feel over time. Weekly photos help your coach see your progress, even if you can’t see changes straight away. Be patient, your body is adapting, from the inside out.
Mindset and confidence
Along the way, I’ll share tips and videos to help you stay positive, motivated and kind to yourself.
