Days 1-30
Creating new habits
During your first 30 days, you’ll focus on moving more, strengthening your mindset, and learning how to nourish your body properly.
You’ll begin to enjoy fresh, whole-food nutrition and start creating new habits by reducing processed foods, sugar, and refined carbohydrates.
Your body will have time to adapt to your new routine, and you’ll quickly learn how to plan and prepare your meals, as well as schedule your workouts effectively.

- Commit 100% and trust the process
- Tell friends and family that you’re on the Pause programme, it helps keep you accountable
- Ask your coaching team for support if you encounter obstacles
- Make sure you watch the ‘Welcome’ video in your group
Step Away From The Scales
Forget about the number on the scales. You’ll be building strength, supporting healthy bones, and improving body composition, so weight isn’t the best measure of progress.
Instead, focus on how you feel, how your clothes fit, and the changes you see in the mirror.
